I have the right to decline a commission inquiry for any reason. (Sometimes I just don't feel inspired to draw a particular character or design prompt, sorry </3)
I cannot provide a refund unless requested within 24hrs of purchasing a commission. If I am in a financial emergency, I may not be able to provide a refund at all. You will ALWAYS receive your art! I cannot provide a refund on flatsale purchased designs.
I have the right to cancel & refund a commission for any reason.
Chargebacks = public callout & blacklist.
I may ask for a $5 fee if you request an excessive amount of edits. Once a sketch is confirmed, I will begin the linework; at this step I will not make edits to the pose.
You are expected to complete payment plans according to agreed prices & dates. If you want to back-out, I will not provide a refund, but I will provide artwork equal to amount already paid. I only provide "holds" to mutuals/personally well known users.
Please be patient when waiting for a commission, don't ask for an update unless 3 weeks has passed. You may check my Trello for que updates.
Always credit my work when sharing, this includes instances where my bases are used!
Do not use my artwork of any kind for AI or NFTs.
Do not resell my designs for more than they are purchased, unless you've provided additional artwork. (Sometimes I connect with designs I've sold; when asked, please reach out to me if you decide to resell- I may want to purchase it back!)
You may change aspects of a purchased design as long as the character is still recognizable! If you nearly create a new character, please separate the redesign from the core design; you are allowed to resell at that point & keep the "redesign". (When redesigning, please don't change core design aspects like race and species.)
I reserve the right to share any artwork that I create to social media.
Do not repost work that you have not commissioned. (Remember to tag & credit.)
Payment is always required before I start a commission, unless I state otherwise. (There are times where I am unsure in my ability to begin a design or commission, these are the only times where I'll ask for payment after the sketch.)
There is a commercial product fee, please inquire about it at the time of commissioning. If you do not pay the fee, you may not use my work for commercial products. (You may freely use commissioned work for Twitch or other social identity.)
DO NOT commission me or purchase adopts for anyone on my blacklist. If you're purchasing from me for someone else, let me know!
